Yum...
Thai Chilli Sauce.
If you haven't tried it, go to the store right now (or Amazon.com - $4.99) and get some.
Seriously. Everytime I eat this on my chicken or pork I am in heaven.
How to prep:
Use on Chicken or Pork (I haven't tried it on beef)
Season your peice of meat with Salt, Pepper or I just use Adobo.
Bake thoroughly. Apply like you would a BBQ sauce at the last 5 minutes or so of baking.
Eat.
Enjoy.
Buy more.
Repeat.

It's spicy, but not so spicy that you cry while your enjoying dinner. And it has a hint of sweet. I luv me some Thai Chili sauce. Yummmmmmm!
