6/24/2009 3:44:02 PM From: Ali I had my favorite salad the other night - fresh leafy green lettuce with grilled chicken, Salad pizzaz (dried cranberries, raspberries and glazed walnuts), raspberry viniagrette and mandarin oranges. I just love it!
Tonight I'm having sliced turkey with a little fresh fruit salad I made...kiwi, watermelon, cantaloupe, red grapes and a splash of fresh lemon juice. |  |

Basically make cornmeal muffin mix and bake with hotdogs and cheese until done (or cook in the GTXpress). I really do love that thing. |  |

It's probably full of fat, but I justify it by all the good for you stuff it contains, too... you think I'd eat spinach if it wasn't wrapped in fat?? |  |
